DEPOSIT POLICY: A Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable
$100 deposit (touch-ups and some services $50) is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the procedure fee on the day of your appointment.
CONFIRMATION & REMINDER: As a courtesy, a text confirmation 3 days prior to appointment will be sent. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointments date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
​RESCHEDULE POLICY: If you must reschedule, please allow at least a 3 days advance in notice. Anything within that 3 days before your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.
***PS: Rescheduling can be done with a max of 3 times.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You must notify the studio at least 3 days prior to your appointment date or you may be charged a cancellation fee. If you forget to cancel or reschedule the reservation we can not fill that slot and our waiting customers may miss the opportunity to receive service.
By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these conditions.
NO GUEST POLICY: Please refrain from bringing guests with you to your appointment due to cross contamination and interruption. The studio is small and does not allow extra people not getting serves.
NO SHOW POLICY: You must arrive NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES from your schedule appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "NO SHOW/NO CALL" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
TOUCH UP POLICY: All touch ups are done for EXISTING CLIENTS only. If you book this service and are not an existing clients, you will be charged a new set.
CORRECTION POLICY: For all previous work done by another artist (Tattooed, Permanent makeup, etc ), there are some previous work that cannot be corrected so please send a CLEAR photos to avoid being cancelled!

WHO ARE NOT CANDIDATES FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP TREATMENT?
AGE: Under the age of 18.
ALLERGIC: Anyone allergic to anesthesia, pigmentation and makeup.
SICK: Anyone who is sick, covid, cold, flu, etc...
HEALING DISORDERS:
IMMUNE SYSTEM DISORDERS: If you have an immune system transmittable blood diseases, such as HIV, AIDS, Lupus, Hepatitis, or others.
EPILEPSY AND ARTHRITIS: Epilepsy or who has experience faint spells or seizures, you should inform us. It may impact the procedure or aftercare.
SKIN DISEASES: Skin conditions like acne, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rosacea, keloid, or hypertrophic scarring on and around the treated area.
DIABETES: For clients with diabetes, blood sugar levels should be well-controlled. (Ideally below 200 mg/dL). We still required a doctor’s note.
PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING: Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals to ensure the safety of both the client and the baby.
HEMOPHILIA AND BLOOD CLOTTING ISSUES: If you have hemophilia or problems with blood clotting, or If you have glaucoma and/or taking blood-thinning medications such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Coumadin, etc.
PREVIOUS TREATMENTS: Clients who have undergone treatments like Roaccutane/Accutane or steroids should have ceased these treatments at least 6 months prior to permanent makeup.
CHEMOTHERAPY: Clients who have undergone chemotherapy should wait at least 6 months after their last session before considering permanent makeup.
BOTOX: Botox treatments should be done 6 weeks before and 4 weeks after permanent makeup to ensure the best results.
PREVIOUS MICROPIGMENTATION OR TATTOO: If you have prior micro-pigmentation or tattoos in the eyebrow area, we require an in-person evaluation before scheduling your appointment.
PERMANENT MAKE UP LASER REMOVAL: Can be done 2-3 months after last session of laser removal. The deeper tattoo needs more laser session is needed and probably skin will need more time to recover.
EYELID SURGERY: Permanent makeup can be done after 3-4 months. It is important that the surgical incisions not be subjected to excessive force, abrasion or motion during the time of healing.
EYEBROW TINT: Can be done 30 Days before and after permanent makeup.
FACIAL TREATMENTS: Can be done 30-60 days before (depends on treatment) and 30 days after. Any acids, glycolic, chemical exfoliation, micro needling etc.
WAXING: Can be done 15 days before and 20 days after permanent makeup.

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE COMING
***Avoid booking on your menstrual cycle if possible as it can increase your pain. The brows/lips must be free of all irritations including eczema, pimples, bruises, open wound, psoriasis, etc.
*** Reschedule if you're sick with a cold, flu, or viral/bacterial infection.
EYEBROWS precare instructions:
To achieve the best results, it is essential that you understand and follow the pre-care instructions. This process can take up to 4 weeks.
4 Weeks Prior

Discontinue Glycolics, Retin-A or Retinol products 4 weeks prior to your appointment.

No facial or chemical peels 4 weeks prior to your appointment.

No Anti-aging and/or Anti-acne products
-
No Surgery of any kind.
1-2 Weeks Prior

Avoid sun and tanning beds at least 2-3 weeks prior to your appointment.

Exfoliate the area to prep your skin for the procedure.

Avoid blood thinners such as Ibuprofen, aspirin, Aleve, NSAIDS, vitamin E, fish oil or vitamins unless medically necessary 1 week prior to your appointment.
48 Hours Prior ​

Avoid smoking any substances 48hrs prior to your appointment.
24 Hours Prior

Avoid working out 24hrs prior to your appointment.

Avoid ALCOHOL or CAFFEIN 24hrs prior to your appointment. This will prevent any excess bleeding, oozing, and minimizes swelling during the procedure.
On the day of your appointment

Feel free wear your makeup if you choose to provide an idea of your desired color and shape. We provide thorough mapping and measurements to create the perfect brow shape for your face.
LIP BLUSH and NEUTRALIZATION precare instructions:
If you've had any history of cold sores / blisters / herpes or if you're unsure, get medication from your doctors 3-5 days prior and 3 days after the procedure and repeat on all visits.

Exfoliate & moisturize your lips with lip scrub and Aquaphor 3-5 days prior to the procedure.

Avoid fish oils, Advil, Vitamin E or any other blood thinning medications for at least 1 week.

Avoid coffee and alcohol 2 -3 days prior.
-
If you have previous lip fillers, you must wait a minimum of 4 weeks in order to get lip blush.

Hydrate with water.
